“Tu Enemigo”, digital gold record

Pablo López and Juanes receive a Digital Gold Record for sales of “Tu Enemigo”

Top of official song sales list

Pablo López is enjoying continued success after El Mundo hit #1 on official sales lists making it one of the most important hits in his career. The album’s launch in September landed it directly at #2 on the official sales list, making him the best-selling Spanish artist that week, and went on to maintain the position in the top 10 in the following weeks.

“Tu Enemigo”, with the stellar collaboration of Juanes, is the continuation of the album’s development, becoming a new hit for the Spanish artist. The song is also at the top of official song sales lists, iTunes, at the top of the charts on Spotify and Shazam, and had more than nine million views on Vevo within just three months of the video’s launch, contributing to a total of more the thirteen million views of El Mundo in the last six months. In addition to the immediate international success achieved by the project, the tour had a spectacular start with a total of thirteen sold-out shows so far. This is without a doubt the toughest test for an artist when facing a tour and is an indication of the audience’s reaction to and reception of the music.

Pablo López is simultaneously working on his project in Latin America, where the new album was also launched, and will travel again to continue working in the area in the following months.
