SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Law 34/2002, July 11, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE), Wicked Sound informs its users that it has created a profile on the social networking sites Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, for the purpose of promoting its products and services.

The user has a profile on the same social networking service and decided to connect with the page created by Wicked Sound, thus demonstrating user’s interest in the information published on the site. By connecting with our page, as user you give us consent to process the personal data published on your profile.
Users can access the social networking service’s privacy policy at all times to configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.
Wicked Sound has access to and processes user’s public information, especially the contact name. These data are only used within the social networking site and are not entered in any file.
Regarding your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition which you have and may exercise before Wicked Sound, in accordance with the LOPD, you should consider the following points:
- Access: Determined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access information on user profile.
- Rectification: Can only be satisfied in relation to the information found under control of Wicked Sound (for example, eliminating comments published on its own page). Normally, this right should be exercised through the Social Network.
- Cancellation and/or Opposition: As in the previous case, it can only be satisfied in relation to the information found under control of Wicked Sound (for example, no longer being connected to the profile).
Wicked Sound will do the following:
- Access the public information on profile.
- Publish, on the user profile, all the information already published on the Wicked Sound page.
- Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network’s channels.
- Publish page’s status updates on the user profile.
The user can always control their connections, eliminate content they are no longer interested in, and limit with whom they share their connections. To do so, the user must access their privacy settings.
Publications
Users, once they have joined the Wicked Sound page, can publish on the latter’s latest comments, links, images or photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The user, in all cases, must be owner of these contents, hold the copyrights or intellectual rights or have the consent of the concerned third parties. It is expressly forbidden to publish on the page any texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that infringe or are likely to violate intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law. In these instances, Wicked Sound reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may permanently block the user.
Wicked Sound does not take responsibility for the content freely published by a user.
The user must keep in mind that their publications will be visible to other users and that their privacy is primarily their own responsibility.
The images that may be published on the page are not stored in any file by Wicked Sound but will remain on the Social Network.
Contests and Promotion
Wicked Sound reserves the right to hold contests and promotion campaigns in which the user connected to the page may participate. The rules and regulations of each one, when the Social Network is used as platform, will be published on the latter, always complying with the LSSI-CE and any other regulation that may be applied.
The Social Network does not in any way sponsor, endorse nor administrate, nor is it associated with, any of our promotion activities.
Advertising
Wicked Sound will use the Social Network to advertise their products and services, but if they decide to use contact information to carry out actions that involve commercial soliciting, this will always be done in compliance with all legal demands as set forth in LOPD and LSSI-CE.
Recommending Wicked Sound’s page to other users so they, too, can participate in promotions or stay informed about activities will not be considered advertising.
